i came across this site a month ago doing a search for some saw info and gotta say great site.been readin nonstop for a month an learned a ton.now i need some more info and have alredy did a ton of searching but cant find much.my buddy inherited 2 john deere saws from gramps a 35 and 45ev that are like new an run great he dnt want them and i can get both for 125$.are these decent saws?i cant even find any info on cc's or anythng.any input woyld be great thanx.

I don't have much experience with Poulans, but I'd say the Kioritz made saws were comparable to the "Farmer" and "Rancher" saws of Husqvarna and Stihl.

thats even better i think im gonna grab them then.especially that i dont have to to do much other then a little clean up.as i have enough projects goin on right now.currently rebuildin a old mac250 and a husky 50special that i grabbed while shopping in dads garage.lol.thnx again for the info.

Take a look at the lower front of the right side of the saws. I dragged out the old 40V and there's an oval tag there that says Kioritz Corp. 40V. serial number. Made in Japan. If those saws are Kioritz made I'd say they're good ones.
