Eric, hey there..havent been around for about a week..but your 2077/2083...depending how old it is, is a very good saw and responds very well to massaging...i just happen to have the published factory(dont tell anyone) Modification Specs...got it from a tech in 1997 when I was there...the only published specs I have ever seen from a manufacturer...the older 2083's actually have a bigger displacement...but are now running 2077 pist/cyl due to EPA standards...
I personally have a 2077 that I have been thinking about building for a race saw...my little bro has the smaller version, the Poulan 4500?? I think it is...cant remember...
