jonsered 2150 turbo ques

My freind has a jonsered cs 2150 turbo and it has good power one day and has the power of a baked potatoe the next it only has 2 hours on it and is running synthetic oil at 32-1. Seems not right to me.

Well it has lots of power one day and boggs out the next on the same log.
The carb has not been adjusted at all and have no idea whats wrong with it. And its only got 2 hours of use, The air filter is clean and its running a good oil so I dont think a new saw should be doing this.
