I am going to look at a 70e, can anyone give me some
specs and data on this saw? Also, what vintage is it and is it worth looking at.

It is a 25 year old saw, I would not pay much for it.

I had one, they're heavy, but fairly powerful. good saw if you're only doig firewood, and not lugging it all day in the bush. for in the woods, something more like an MS440, 460, or husky 372XP would be appropriate.
