Jonsered Husqvarna equivalents...

A couple years ago a thread existed that matched every Husqvarna model with its Jred twin. I've spent the last hour looking for that thread, but it may have died of old age. Does anyone have that info?

I think a Jonsered 2036 shares engine parts with Husqvarna 36.
I have seen a thread with many more entries on this topic on AS.

I don't know how much more specific I can be, but it was the more recent models. I think it would be 346xp, 359, 365, 372xp, 385xp, 390xp. If I had the post memorized I wouldn't have to look for it.

I have just one (unimportant) addition; 2041=40 (the plastic cased one - there was an older one with a mag case). Similar is the case with the 340.

The "based" on (and made at the Husky factory) models are;

I had the 2041=40(new) on my list, but when I highlighted my list to copy it, I must have not caught that one (it was on the bottom).

You dug up an old one for this- but what do you class as "small chassis"?
I think 2054 might have been the smallest CC saw with an inboard clutch.

Sorry, the plan was to amend the husky/jred list of saws with INT or EXT clutch but I’m still researching this.

My understanding is there is three chassis sizes: small(2159?) medium (2172) and large (2186). Just wondering what small chassis saws are internal clutch. Ideally looking 2100 series saw to match my 2186 and 2165
