About 6 months ago I came across a thread where one of the performance experts had listed a few items which could be performed to make saws run better. Such as filing a few thou. off the key to advance the timing slightly, polishing the airflow passages, muffler mods. etc. I have tried to use the search function but cannot seem to identify the keywords necessary to find this thread. Any suggestions? Thanks!

sorry cant help u but for me ,what i want is the saw to do what i bought it for.
then i try to keep it that way.
do plan on souping one up someday when i get the change.

try these keywoids:

Walkerized, Greffardized, Ken Dunn, power tuned.....


.. but not tundraottoized, or gypo'd....lol
