I just wanted to give praise where it's due. I recently ordered some logging supplies from Baileys, including a replacement bar tip for my 28" Oregon felling bar, which was just worn out from a season of felling.
The replacement tip seized up the first day, despite proper lubrication, and I e-mailed Bailey's about it this morning. Today I received an e-mail apologizing for the problem (a manufacturing flaw, not their fault of course) and a replacement tip has been shipped out with no charge to me.
