thanks,well spotted,yep some of the top of it was going a little rotton,but 90percent of the tree was fine and solid,it wasn't even goneso bad on top because the massive limbs were stretching out far around over the stream and they were quite long.as you said i was nervous though with the falling of this tree because at any time an over head limb could have cracked off under pressure and could have came down on top of me,fortunatly though all went well :msp_smile:
