Just getting started and was wanting to know if someone would show me a copy of thier landscape release so i would have something to go off of.

Yes, was wanting to take a look at what someone else has written out.

i am in the process of trying to right my self one up right now...i do brush clearing and a writting up a hold harmless for once i am done...i will pass it on..it has not been fun..

i have been googling a lot of other hold harmless agreements and trying to write up my own from that

i think if you put it in the commerical form..it will get a lot more attention..that is posting i guess techinically in the wrong form..but alot of others will see it

i am getting one...because no insurance company would pick me up with out it...

i specialize in fire breaks and brush clearing out of san diego...the hold harmless makes it so that i am clearing to the specfication to the agreement but this is not a promise that a fire wont burn your home down...

just so they cant come back and try and sue me encase that god for bid their home was burnt down in a fire..

that is why i am getting one..

i dont no if you need one with trees...?
