Leaking outrigger F800 bucket truck

I have a 1994 Ford F800 Bucket truck. It has a small leak on my rear outrigger on the passenger side. It also slowly lowers when not in use. Ive been told that is sounds like the packing. Just curious if any of you have had experience working on these before. I would love to find an online manual or something that might help me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

something like that I would just take to a hydo shop its not really something you want to "practice" on

yeah, there are usualy alot of o ringsa and spacers in cylinders like that that have to be put back in in the same arrangement or youll have problems. I would just take it to a shop, it wont cost that much to fix compared to maybe having to fix it multiple times.
