For anyone interested, I couldn’t find much published on actual weight difference. The Husqvarna/Sugihara seems like it would be a more durable choice with a midrange weight, my understanding is that the stihl has some sort of resin/fiber core according to the dealer. The Husqvarna has maybe aluminum? Inserts but a steel skeleton.

Husqvarna standard 24” .058 bar
Husqvarna/Sugihara lightweight 24” .058 bar
Stihl lightweight 25” .050 bar.
