After dealing with 90* temps, with 80* humidity on Saturday, I figured I would see where you guys would like to work if you could work anywhere. Financials set aside, if you guys could work anywhere in the US year round, where would it be?

The way I see it, the East coast has the humidity, the North has the snow, the South has environmental unfriendlies, and the West coast is wet and has earthquakes.

After spending portions of both July and February out there, I agree that Hawaii gives an even consistency of good working weather.

But I'll take NC over WI and FL, having had a lot of time in those areas. NC has 4 seasons but not much time in the extremes.

Inside the Holyoke Mall.

Nice trees, climate controlled, coffee shop just a few paces away, and a wide slection for lunch.

Hey, it was a theoretical question, right? ;)

have to make Leon a deal...

a week at his place for a week in beautiful Massachusetts in autumn!

Virginia. im on a border where some tropical plants will just barely grow outdoor and many northern plants are prolific. makes for a nice diversity. NC is a great state as well, but home is where the heart is. if i wanted to work somewhere else i would move there.
do miss climbing those grand live oaks from when i lived in SC though, ours are a little smaller.

Gotta love the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Yeah its cold, but thats when you take time off and go Skiing.
