I have a 7-8 ton electric logsplitter a "flowtron" screw type splitter that works great... Wondering about maintenance as far as sharpening the cutters on either side. I noticed that there are some logs just tearing not "splitting" agreed it is wet wood and not ideal for splitting. I like the pace of the flowtron, not particularly fast, but does the job well. Anyone have input on how sharp the cutting wedges should be.
