Look what I got

A new bridge. Loggers showed up to do the neighbors and now I have a new bridge. I took the forester through my place, (12 acres) and he gave me a price of $2000. for my trees. I said, :fart:. No thanks, take my trees and leave my place with skidder roads all over it for that kind of money, yikes. I did enjoy the day though, the guy was a character. Said his family came over on the ship behind the Mayflower.

Oh ya, now that you mention it, you can't really tell where the new bridge is. Ya it's just those two planks or four planks. The summertime pic is the old deck. The dark spot is a rotten one that fell through.

It has four huge "I" beams on new footings now, as before but on new footings. The loggers laid 6"X6"'s across then those planks length wise. I figure if that logging truck, not to mention the skidder and that other thing, got over it my car shouldn't have any problem.
