Patriot Tree Company is looking for a full time climber
We're a full service tree company looking to add an experienced tree climber to our staff. We are a quality oriented business who's looking for someone with drive who can come in with great work ethic and a good attitude. We offer good pay and benefits. Our company is very well equipped, we run three tree crews and are one of the only tree companies on the Front Range who owns their own crane(Also have 2 Ditchwitch SK650's, 2 bucket trucks, a grapple truck, 24" Chipper, 18" chipper and (2)12" chippers). We can offer year round work or winters off if you want them. Profit based bonuses are paid quarterly, we offer health insurance and one week paid vacation starting out. We're a fully licensed and insured company who is very safety oriented. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the tree care industry has a current CDL license(Class B W/Air-brakes) or ability to attain CDL with additional company supplied training. We have 2 bucket trucks both are Class B vehicles, one has air-brakes. We're especially interested in hiring ISA Certified Arborists or those interested and willing to earn their Arborist certification.
The Arborist Climber must be able to do the following duties:
-Performs all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments in a safe and timely manner.
-Demonstrates high safety standards, sound tree risk assessment skills, equipment inspection skills, proper application of approved knots, proper climbing techniques and procedures, proper pruning and Tree removal skills, and proper rope rigging skills.
-Great communication skills with clients and co-workers
We're looking for someone who wants to work long term and grow with the company, Pay is based on experience.
