Looking for a good company to work for in Australia starting next year

Hi guys
Me and my girlfriend are looking to relocate to Australia from the UK next March(2023) I am looking for advice and suggestions about good companies to work for. I really worry about moving to the other side of the world and ending up tied to a rubbish company. I've got 10 years experience and have worked for all kinds. But I just will not tolerate working for bad people. I've spent too long pulling myself around trees to deal with BS. Any help would be massively helpful
