A while ago I came across a part that did the same thing as a hitch tender pulley. It was one piece. And it had 2 circles in line but were set 90 degrees from eachother. Almost like grabing both 0s on the number 8 and twisting. I tried looking for the thread but to no luck. Thanks in advanced.
