Looking for a parts kit, for a ms291 carburetor

as the title states, I am looking for a carburetor kit for a MS291 saw. I believe it is a Zama c1q but I am having trouble finding the kit for the exact model. Which I believe to be an s246.

That is the number that I have found also, but I cannot get that kit oem from Zama.

I have also read that I can only get the kit directly from Stihl.

I got one from Stihl last year, they had one on the shelf and it cost me about $20CAD. A bargain considering I got the saw for free.
