Looking for chipper

I am small in the business but am probably going to need a chipper in the spring and am looking now. I am needing advice on size and type. I'm not real attracted to the whipper(fast) types because of the real possibility of getting dragged in and some of the help I have are less than ideal in the attention dept. I also am looking for a lift or winch or ideas about such that I can install on my F-750 dump at a low price. The winch has to be hydrolic.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
