Looking For Claw Arm

Looking for a 14' trailer with a hydrolic claw or a hydrolic claw because I already have a solid flat bed just need the flaw and build a trailer frame for it.... Not even sure where to look. Was one for sale local for $2000 but was sold before I could even call the guy.... =(
