I have decided I want a Husqvarna 372 XP. I am in the process of buying 20 acres of property and need a good powerful saw for felling some trees and all around work. Although I would love to have a modded saw, I really don't have the $ right now. I am watching a couple rebuilt 372's on E-Bay right now, I think the reserve is around $500 which is about where I want to be.
If anyone on here has one they are thinking of selling contact me.

I have a 2171 Jonsered that I'm thinking about selling. I'll Send you a PM.

I don't think Clint will mind me posting these pics. These are the pics of the 2171 he sent me. If he is willing to part with it and you seriously want a good saw..... here it is.

I haven't forgotten about anybody who sent me a message. Just trying to decide what's best for me. I got burned on a used saw once so I'm a little gun shy...of course that was craigslist!

pm me if any interest. Would like to fetch more than your range though.IMG_20140715_201923_235.jpg

I've already cast my vote and suggested the 2171 from Cgraham1 (Clint), but I will add that Id stand beside Clint as a Character Witness. He's a hell of a guy- one of the best we have here. I was able to talk him out of his mint 262xp recently. The saw (in person) is so much nicer than even the pictures showed. The deal went perfectly. He was honest in everything he said, he is prompt, and he communicates well with the buyer. Another thing, I buy a crap ton of saws, and I have sold several. I consider myself to be a "packing guru", but Clint took me to school on packing. I was so impressed with the packing job, that I took pictures of it, so I could remember how it was done. I even called my wife Kari to the kitchen so she could see how well it was packed. (It was a little aggravating that it was so time consuming to unwrap though). That said- the jewel that was inside was worth it. He had the saw in a bag, the bag was taped. Then it was wrapped in a large beach towel for padding (Id never even thought of that). The towel was taped with enough tape to hold a bridge together. And then it was wrapped in some rediculous shrink wrap. Boxed up with enough packing nuts to ship two saws.

I wouldn't think twice on buying another saw from Clint. Hell, at least one of his saws is on my "watch list" now.
