looking for some recommendations on Winches

Hello all,

I am looking for some guidance on winches. looking for something with 2000 lb. pulling capacity that can help with clearing dead-fall and transporting large logs among other things. A friend of mine told me about Portable Winch | Winch parts | westcoastwinch.com which i have seen on this website before and this thing seems sweet. Gas powered, portable and light weight, and they seem to be priced right. Has anyone used one of these? Any other suggesting? I will open up the floor to discussion.

Holy **** there are a lot of people asking about this on here. I know this was posted a year ago, but might as well help out. I bought one of them, and you are right, they are sweet. They really help with my day to day. A buddy of mine is currently borrowing it and is apparently enjoying it. I attached a picture of mine (bought some accessories as well).
