looking for wayne C16 chipper manual/set up specs

Hello out there, I just picked up a neglegted Wayne 16" drum chipper with chrysler 318 engine. Im going through the machine and trying to find information, particularly for the drum balde and anvil setup tolerences and procedures. If any one has a manual or except with info it would be greatley appreciated.

Do you still need that manual? I'm not on much but I came on tonight to find out how to decrease the chip size which isn't in the manual.
blade to bed knife .015 to .025 vertical adjustment made from below
the horizontal adjustment " need not normally be made- only with replacement."
I also have a formally neglected wayne a 12t318 Which I made run.
