Loopie slings

What is your opinion of using a loopie sling instead of a spliced eye to attach a block in the tree?

Loopies are cool, cause they are easily adjustable to different lengths. If you're blocking wood down the eye sling may porve faster because you don't have to remove the line from the block.

When blocking I find it easier to swing the loopie around the tree with the block on it.
