lowballers

at the moment working on a flyer. I have collected and been given others firms flyers by my custmers. IN England the lowballers are gipsys and travelers and 2 people who used to work for me. gipsys knock on peoples doors offering tree and hedge work. they sometimes pretended to be spastics and hadicaped. for exe they qoute £100.00 CASH and only do half a job, if the custmers complain they turn nasty The only good thing is next year the custmers come grovelling back to me and oh boy i make them grovel!. I can charge more because of having to sort out there poor workmanship,
The feed back i have had from my custmers on flyers is 2 main points only a mobile phone number and no address

Insurance and what type. Credentials and affiliations. Ask a question like "Do you need/want proffesional service in maintaining your property?" Have the printer help you do they layout. Re John Ball, dont put saws and such on them, put healthy trees and proper hedges. Maybe adrawing of "you" compleating a hedge.
