I just saw a used one for sale for $1750 on the sawmill exchange, if these things fit your needs qbilder has praised them. The saw is in PA.

Bada$$ lil saw. Portable, too, as in pick it up and carry it (short distances). It literally loads into a small ATV trailer & hauls into the forest to mill a tree right where it falls.

Yes. 6:1

Supposedly at 3000rpm it delivers 30hp with spindle turning 500rpm after gear reduction, but i'm not so sure about that. It is pretty dang torquey but not 30hp....i don't think. I know the math insists so but reality is another matter.
