I have a Makita 6421 with Oregon Pro-Lite bar which is brand new and a Carlton chain. Runs great, no issues. More saw than I need at this time. Strong performer. Selling 375.00 shipped. has one area of engraving, not a Home depot saw. Only a few scuffs here and there.

If your still interested in a 500p or a 656 solo I'd work a trade on this saw!

Thx but I am going to look more closely at the 50 cc Makita/Dolmars. I have an Echo 370 now and think they 490/500 are a little weak compared to Dolmars. But I fired up a Poulan pro 4620 this weekend that was laying around and wow. Very happy with the saw, so it will tied me over until I get my funds in line for a new Makita 5000EAP. A few car repairs first.
