Maple problems disease? Bug?

Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone recognizes this “scale like” issue?? I’ve just acquired a small parcel in bonner MT. Near Missoula. I’ll attach a photo. The maples are not the only thing on the property with this issue.I also know this has to be two different problems, Thank you in advance for any information. I’m in Montana.

The last 2 images are cedar hawthorn rust (or maybe cedar apple rust).

The second with red ends on the leaves is an erineum mite.

The with tiny black dots on the bottom is probably a mite.
