Gad the weather was wonderful for milling. And Bailey's.
But that's about the only thing.
My ebay 660 wore out it's rope, so I've got 1/4" nylon cord with a 4"x1"x1.5" to start it.
Baileys for rope and handle.
The chain I had was 93 links, needed to make it 91. The first two times I was spinning it tight there was a noticeable gap, then just a little more pressure and it "snapped" tight, to tight, so I had to punch rivets three times.
Baileys for more ties and straps.
My Mark III broke. The U bolt on one of the stands snapped, under only moderate, not "muckle" pressure.
Bailey's for parts?
All in all managed to mill down 2 5' to 6' logs about 20" wide, got about 6@ 2" slabs.
Time again for Baileys
Irish Cream that is
