I went to a GTG out there a long time ago, back when I had a big enough chainsaw to send... I forget when it was.. 2010ish? Too long ago to remember. I had my 372XPW out there that was ported up by that canadian fellow that I can't remember the name of either. I've slept too many times since then.

They say the memory is the first thing to go. You were out here in 2008, across the Columbia from Hood River. Bookerdog's place.
I saw you in the motel lobby in The Dalles. and told you that you looked just like your avatar.
I remember all that stuff. Now, where the hell are my car keys?

Hey man! I've always had a bad case of CRS. I still have those chains you sent east out in the garage. Remember that BBQ sauce I sent your way? That guy went commercial and the commercial kitchen he contracted with converted his recipe to something "commercial" and it was never the same after that.

This one came home with me in June, I managed to get it cleaned up and ready for the display.





It had several issues including fuel lines, oil line and a mis-matched sprocket and chain that some had run far too long. 1/4" pitch chain on a 3/8 LP sprocket, run it loose enough to go around but then it slaps the nose of the bar.





A McCulloch 85504 drum works if you can find an appropriate bearing.

The Wright saw also came home with me from Bob and now resides in the display, as well as the Pioneer Holiday ii.

Mark, I was just given a Pioneer NU17 that is in nice shape.
Save some room in your truck in 2025 so it can retire in Iowa.

Teva just informed me that the PNW GTG is a on and the dates are 6/13-6/16, which is Bob's (the host) birthday weekend.
The location is the same, an easy drive about 8 miles West of I-5 using one of the Springfield exits.

This an equal opportunity gathering. All saws running or not, stock or highly modified, or painted in yellow, lime green, blue, purple, red, orange, or ???? are welcome.

A limited number of campsites are available on Bob's land and there are support facilities to make the stay easier.
If you haven't attended before, you're really missing out on a fun time.

John have you heard if this ago again this year for June of 2025?
