Husqvarna 285 with 2100 top end ported by Mastermind. This saw is a monster! Ask randy. Some pics are listed much deeper in one of his threads. I can post pics later. This saw is very clean for its age. He also installed the big starter handle to help crank 99cc of ported muscle. I love this saw but after buying 3 saws in 6 days something has to go. I had too many before the last 6 days..lol. I am asking $525 plus shipping for pho. I can supply a nice 28" husqvarna bar and chain for an extra $70.

I couldn't find a thread on the build, pictures, or anything. Link or name of the thread would be nice too. thanks

Randy bridge ported this saw.....99cc of masterminded bridge ported power. Since this saw is a 285 is is an auto oiler and makes it a 298xp essentially. No worries about the o rings on the manual oiler with a regular 2100.

What's bridge port? You got to break it down for dummies like me...

I think bridge porting means that Randy cut fingers over the transfer bridges. This is a 394 jug that was ported by a guy local to me, it represents bridge porting. Randy did cut the squish band in this for me so's I can run a 2101 piston after I clean up the ports.

Randy or mike can explain much better than I. Similar but not the same as finger porting. I can tell u that this type of porting really utilizes torque of a saw.

Thanks Jacob! Or Jacob can explain..lol. special thanks to Jacob as he was the one who acquired the piston and cylinder for this saw.

I will do $ 500 plus shipping on this saw or consider trades plus cash or may add cash depending on trade.
