610

I am watching this too, but that (if he is correct) is-was $300-400 form a dealer when new. There is also a 605 on there like it, started at $99. I will be very suprised if they go over $200 but its ebay so exspect like $640 from some nut! Anyway they are a damm good saw but be leary of the fact they could be 20 years old and need a carb job or even seals!!:buttkick:

It has a date of Nov 91 on a sticker on the box. What is the major difference between the Super and the regular 610?

610

I don't think there is other than a lable or tag on box. The 650 655 was exhaust ported and had dirrerent rings the 605 had less cc and at the very end 1995-2000 was made of left over parts and got a bad wrap as for the chain break that is the later style and was in my book more user freindly than the full wrap.:buttkick:

The 605 / PM5700 are in reality much the same saw at 57cc with the PM610/650 being 60cc the difference between the 610 and the 650 was the 650 was th Hi-performance model with tool steel thin rings a decompressor and a tit that protruded down off the top edge of the exhaust port to help with noise suppression. Other than that it's a basic model of saw that had been in production since the late 70's and although a little heavy by todays standards is an exceptionally good saw with the chainbrake lever being changed to a more lighter component.
