I'd start out at 1 to 1 1/4 turns and work from there. You should get it to start at that point. Don't overtighten the screws, or you will mangle the seats and mess up that shiny new carb.
Thanks Mark, I cant get this thing to run, Starts every time I yank on it, just wont rev up it just dies. Ive put in a new carb, fuel line . new fuel filter. I`m stumped here. I will set the high , low and see if it takes off,
