Mike Lemke contact?

Can anyone tell me how to contact Mike Lemke, From WI or MN. He builds some of the hotsaws run by kawasakis and rotaxs and has been mentioned here before. I even posted a pic of a saw someone identified as one of his. I am stuck on a few things with this (these) saw I am trying to build and I would like to ask him a couple Q's. Thanks, JB
