I purchased a Miller Pro 75T stump grinder. It needed some work as it was poorly maintained, but everything major was sound. I was a little frustrated to find out that Miller sold to a new company on March 1st. They are changing the design, and don't have the parts list for the old design. The agreement is that the original owner will sell parts for the old design. They gave me his contact number, but after a month of calling I gave up and started sourcing parts on my own.

I replaced all hydraulic hoses with new Gates Black Gold hoses I made at work. I got new teeth from Leonardi, but I haven't got them installed yet. I also purchased a new slip clutch along with a new Spicer rear U-joint. I pulled off the front seal of the gearbox to replace it, I and found the snap ring that holds the shims in place in about 5 pieces. I was lucky to catch it before any permanent damage was done. I'll update with progress or videos once I get cutting sumps. I included some pics with it attached to my John Deere 4720.

I've never seen a miller but they look well built. I'm guessing most parts besides the weldments are common outsourced parts like gearboxes, shafts, bearings. You may have to do a little digging to see who manufactured those parts but when you do, finding parts won't be so bad.

I think I found the parts I need (#1 and #9 on the attached diagram) and found them from Land Pride dealer. I hope they make it here by Friday so I can get the driveline put back together.
