I found this little carriage-style chainsaw mill tonight on Craigslist in Hope, BC, for $1000:

If it's in good condition, as it appears to be, it would be a really good buy for someone if they already had a good saw to use with it. If it was local I'd be tempted to sell a saw or two to get it.
