I recently picked up an 064 for the purpose of milling a 34"+ black walnut tree I got from my neighbor...I saw, 😂😂, a big saw that was advertised as running and they were not asking a lot..got it for just under $300. However, I don't think I want to subject that saw to the abuse.
I have mostly freehand milled a few cedar trees into slabs, all smaller than 26", using my ms251 & 180 ..I did pick up a cheap Alaskan mill, but I think I would rather keep on freehanding...
What are some recommendations?

I just seen on marketplace in my area there is a neotec 395xp clone pretty much new for $270 bucks. I don't know what the normal price is but the 395xp would make a great milling saw. I've never owned a neotec but I've had a handful of farmertec clones and had good luck with all of them tho some tweaking was required on a couple.
