So, picked up a couple of 261 carcasses in need of parts.
clutch cover, complete 1141 640 1700
oe cyl in good shape
16-20” 3/8 bars

local dealer had most stuff at eBay prices or better so ordered most of what I need

don’t need “pretty”, just functional.
bars I can clean up if a little rough.
