Modifying 372 XTorq

Not finding much on modifying 372XT on here. I would like to see some conversation Pandora pics on changes people have successfully made. I have put 372 side plate ports on my 365XT to lessen restriction and opened lower part of transfers on bottom of cylinder to gasket size for smoother flow. I am not seeing much more info on here about additional work that can be done. Any help is greatly appreciated. I would love to see pics.
