Morbark Anvil removal

I have a 1984 Morbark eager beaver. It is the disc type. How in the blazes do you get to the anvil. Nobody seems to know. The last repairman told me to find a skinny guy and have him climb into the machine. There has to be a better way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
