It cleared off this morning, after a LOT of fog at day break, and turned out to be a sunny, nice day!

My helper came over so off to the woods we went with two trailors! AND we had some HUGE white pine to take out today!

So i set up my tree jack and cut the first one down,

I cut out the logs at 16' 6" and i measured the diameter as i hooked it up, it was 30". Then i started skidding the logs,

My helper tried to get me to cut this big oak down,

And here's why,

I figure i don't need "honey" that bad! lol

Anyway, it was a long day, and once i had the trailors loaded we headed out. AND once again i couldn't pull the loads up "sugar sand hill", even one at a time, so i had to let out a lot of chain to get the load over the hill!

But once i had the loads out to the road, i didn't have any problem getting them home,

And once home, i started the pump and my helper gave the logs a good bath!!

And i put the pump at an idle, so my helper could take a cool shower! lol
