Thanks for the help in advance. I have a Bobcat T320 with a Fecon forestry cutter. I've been told that the forestry cutter sold by bobcat is a bastard child of Fecon and they do not claim it. It is designed differently than the Fecon forestry heads (red in color) that i compete with (usaully on the same project). I am now competeing with a Gyro Track and my customer is really impressed with the planer head. If any body knows help me. Should I go to a GT13, buy the GT Planer 500 skid steer attachment, just put knives on my forestry cutter, or is there a power pack set-up for bobcat skid steers.

We have a T320 and love it.

Bobcats head is a fecon

But a skid steer is what it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and a dedicated mulch-er are what they are they both have their time and place that they shine

Fecon knives

Fecon builds the head for Bobcat, per their specifications. No big deal. Fecon also has knives available for installation on any of their mulching heads that do an excellent job. Once the holder and knife are installed, however, you only have to replace the knife when worn, at a considerable savings vs other manufacturers. Check it out. Great production and lower replacement cost = more profit in your pocket.
