Well I got a chance to run my 200 this past weekend, put about 10 tanks thru it. NICE SAW - I'm really glad I listen and ponied up the $$. With the 14"E bar it seems to be perfectly balanced and cuts like a termite on steroids. spent most of the time clearing 6-8" Hemlocks that have been wiped out by the blight; and all the small "weed tree clumps" that the forester had marked for removal. It is very light and fast. The 3/8 Picco seems to be a "RM" chain and does alright, but I was wondering whether anyone makes a RS Picco?

Really love the saw although when I switch back to the 361 there is a huge weight difference - which is exactly why I bought it. Naturally, this also reminds me why, in IMO, the 361 is the best. :D

Nothing but good things to say - :blob2:

I would like to have a ms200 to replace my 346. It is the arborists saw that all others are judged by, can't argue that.

I did choose the Husky 339xp over the MS200, but it was a close call....:D :biggrinbounce2:

I like the 95VP (.325 NK) setup on the 339.;)

...and I also love the MS361!

.325 chain and bar

After doing some reading it seems like I can switch the chain sprocket to a .325 7T. Has anyone run .325 vs the 3/8 Picco and how do you like it? This way I can run the RS chain. I've got a bunch of 16" .325 that I'm not really using anymore, but I'm worried about putting to much strain on the saw with the 16" bar.

Any thoughts? Cost of the parts to convert it to .325? I guess I'd need a chain sprocket (drum/sprocket) bearing and a new bar if I stayed with the 16". :help:

I, for one, would like to hear how an MS200 pulls .325 chain!!!

I'm glad you are enjoying it. Just wait until it breaks in, then you will have an ape on steroids. :hmm3grin2orange:
