Ms 441 Mag build

Got a used 441 Mag off eBay.....seller knows nothing about but says it’s compression is in the low teens (114 thereabouts). Maybe seals, rings and whatever else it needs? In decent if not lightly used shape cosmetically. Paid $400 for it....anybody think it’s worth turning into a runner? By the way it isn’t the C-M type. Just a plain old MS 441 Mag. No bar and chain with it of course. Going to put on a 28” if I get it back going.
