462 looks a better saw in the video
Or the amount of time on each saw, as a well broken in saw will have better throttle response than a new tight saw.The operator is spazzing on the throttle; we have no idea about throttle response
Imo
Cutting is just a fraction of work. Handling the wood, splitting and stacking never had stopwatch. If I haven't "gotten it" by now, I probably never will.
Never understood the importance of how fast a saw will cut. I've cut with others as well as alone. Never once was a stop watch used.
I suppose I was more focused on safety, and how soon we'd be stopping for lunch.
that's why i had kidsCutting is just a fraction of work. Handling the wood, splitting and stacking never had stopwatch.

I try not to but get a kick out of the noise and sensation. Especially a saw with an open muffler. I know full well it's not doing the saw any good. Why do so many Sawyers play with the throttle? It does no good. Cut at full throttle; no point in spazzing around.
