This is the Solo 694 muffler that I modified.
I welded all of these mufflers with a Lincoln SP-100 Mig Welder. They all worked out pretty well. The hardest was the Solo 694. I had to grind all the welds to get the muffler to split apart. I then cut ther front off of the basket, then weld the 2 halves back together. All of these saws had an increase in performance, The 694 seemed to have the best gains.
Bear with me on these, I just got the camera.
