Well, my first muffler mod didn't work out. Trying to open stock deflector put the added exhaust too far back under the plastic and it started to melt within the first couple cuts. Good thing I was keeping watch. I was afraid of that. I took the deflector off and fabbed a new one that brings the exhaust out from under the plastic. I ended up making it about 1/16 too tall on one side tho and had to grind the edge of the plastic back a tad so it didn't touch.
