So I recently got my first municipal contract and its worked out great. However, thry're a small town and only have a budget to trim a few roads a year. I got this contract because I knew the road agent. I'd like to make up something to send to all the local towns to offer them my services. Any ideas would be appreciated as this is a different type of advertising than I am used to.
