thats an awesome deal, as you know already. I like that saw's looks, you going to get it cleaned up and repainted perhaps?

i just wonder how much wood is "some?" ha ha

Hopefully not much.

I'd have passed on that deal. Bad terms for the new owner to contend with.
Actually use that thing? I wouldn't pick it up off the floor!

Nice saw! I ended up with my C-72 in a similar manner. My neighbor asked me to cut down his hackberry (28inch) as it was dying and leaving a mess on " his precious grass". After that task he brought out the old homey and said if I made it run I could have it. I asked how long it had been in storage, he said 15 years. There was still fuel, well varnish, in the tank. What a mess. After a good flushing, new fuel line, and a tilitson carb kit, oh yes and profanity it has become one of my favorite toys.

sorry for the play by play!

Yeah, nice piece...My wife just walked in and didn't even notice the saw as it blended in with the crap laying all around it!

LOL, Just kidding buddy...but my wife really did say that! :)

First looks are decieving, hmm.I first thought a pair of HR's but no fuel lines, then I enlarged the picture. :)
