Need a pine removal in West Salem, OH

My sister in law just asked me for a referral for a friend of hers in West Salem, OH. She told me it was a 70 ft. pine and the root ball was moving with the wind. That's all I know. North of Florida It looks like it is northeast of Ashland on the 71.

I'm not sure what they want. It's always a bit sketchy where you're getting info from a second person. She just said that the HO (or the renter) told her the root ball was "breathing" in the wind. I got one response which I passed on to my SIL to pass on to the HO. Gets complicated doesn't it? I hope it works out for the guy. I don't want to waste anyone's time and money.
